The Challenge:
Ground Flights provides contract-based, private, on-demand, door-to-door travel services to business professionals traveling throughout the state of Florida.
Their hand selected and certified drivers ensure your ride is a seamless experience from airport to destination and everywhere in-between. Ground Flight needed a full business and financial forecast plan to raise capital, and to differentiate themselves from a branding and marketing presence to position them as a major player in the transportation industry.
The Solution

Drafted best practice driver & client experience manual.
A mobile application which communicates with drivers and passenger. Making sure both parties are informed of price per trip to location of the driver.
